We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty that the LTT Backpack is free from manufacturing and material defects.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the usual and customary life of the LTT Backpack. The manner in which the LTT Backpack is used directly impacts the usual and customary life of the product, as materials will deteriorate and fade over time and moving parts (such as zippers) will also wear.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- damages caused by misuse, abuse, or by accident or negligence;
- damage caused by rips, cuts or tears;
- normal wear and tear (including the breakdown of materials over time);
- products purchased from unauthorized dealers;
- cosmetic damage; or
- unauthorized modification or alteration.
UPDATE DEC 9 2023: Virtual Double-layer Clause
Originally, our messaging around the backpack claimed an advertised feature of a "dual-layer bottom panel." On December 1, 2023, it was discovered that the production version of this Backpack did not include the dual-layer bottom panel. As such, we have added an additional point of coverage for bags which feature only one layer of material on the bottom panel. In the event that this single-layer bottom panel wears through under normal use, lttstore.com will provide a replacement Backpack upon return of the damaged unit. This clause does not cover:
- damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence;
- intentional damage;
- products purchased from unauthorized dealers; or
- unauthorized modification or alteration.
In order to make a warranty claim, you must be the original purchaser of the LTT Backpack from LTTStore.com or provide a copy of the original proof of purchase.

Backpack was wonderful to take on my trip to Chicago with my family. I was able to carry everything we needed (including 2 full 32 Oz LTT water bottles) and my neck and back are doing just fine after 3 days of walking around with it on, something that would have given me plenty of pain with any other backpack. The water resistant exterior gave me peace of mind when it rained, and the ventilation in the back kept me relatively cool when it got warm. The structure also gave me peace of mind while carrying souvenirs. My only complaint is that I needed to keep adjusting the chest strap (specifically where it attaches to the straps) because the clips for some reason seemed to want to come off, but otherwise it was great to use.

My husband and I both have the original LTT backpack and love them. We used them every day and on all our trips. My husband loves the wan show and when I saw the backpack I got it for his birthday. He loves it and so far it seems just as good as the original LTT. The orange stitching on it is very vibrant which is cool. I like the zipper carabiners a lot. They feel more durable then the ones on the original LTT backpack, though I haven't had a problem with them on it. Very happy with it

Was traveling internationally and the RFID pocket had my passport and wallet in it. Likely due to my clumsiness or some other user issue, the zipper was pushed up under the seam.
Using what tools I had on hand as the plane was boarding, I was unable to retrieve the zipper.
Fortunately, airline staff managed to source a knife (from behind security!) and I was able to cut the zipper open.
Otherwise, the backpack is great. Quite large, but I knew that purchasing it.
Does not fit under the seat of smaller jets when full, though I had the backpack as my only carry-on, so it was never a problem.
Just beware if you have a 2nd carry-on.

The product is just perfect thank you for creating such a good backpack, i have tried for several hours to find a flaw in the design but for me and my needs its just perfect

This bag is amazing, high quality, sturdy, stands up on its own. The only downside is it's just a bit large at the front top. It borderline fits as a personal item as long as you are not tall (like me) and it prevents you from putting your feet comfortably. Unfortunately the commuter bad it just a tad too small to fix my company assigned laptop. So use the larger WAN backpack as my personal item and suffer the feet pain during the flight. I would highly recommend this otherwise, awesome for the regular non flight travel.
